Every way a cost arrives
Camera, photo library, file picker, a per-company forwarding email address and the share sheet all land in the same Inbox. Manual entry and logged hours skip the Inbox and post directly.
Photograph the invoice on site. Graft reads it, you post it to the job and cost code, and budget against actual updates while there is still time to act on it.
14-day free trial, no card. Graft is in private beta on iPhone.
The whole flow is built for a phone in a van: quick to capture, checked once by a person, and visible to the whole team straight away.
Photograph the invoice on site, pick it from your photos or files, forward it to your company’s own email address, or share a PDF from any app. Direct costs and hours are typed straight in.
Graft reads the supplier, date, net, tax and total from the document when you open it. Anything it is not sure of is left blank rather than guessed. You pick the job and the cost code, or split the total across jobs.
Every posted cost lands on the job: budget against actual, a spend bar, totals by cost code and the full list of lines behind them. Overspend is visible while there is still time to do something about it.
Camera, photo library, file picker, a per-company forwarding email address and the share sheet all land in the same Inbox. Manual entry and logged hours skip the Inbox and post directly.
Set a budget, optionally by cost code, and see spend against it as costs post. Variations adjust the budget rather than hiding in a spreadsheet somewhere else.
Workers get a two-tab app: log hours, see their own. Their rate is set by the admin and applied server-side, so a logged day becomes a labour cost on the job without anyone re-keying it.
Raise a client invoice against the job, send it as a PDF, and see money in beside money out. Numbers are sequential with no gaps, and overdue invoices are flagged automatically.
Search every posted cost by supplier, job, cost code or date range. Removing a receipt from your lists never deletes the file; documents are kept for seven years.
Export costs as CSV by job and date range, or every receipt as a ZIP, from Settings. Both keep working if your subscription lapses.
Poor signal, a wet receipt, a subcontractor who texts you a photo of an invoice at seven on a Friday. Graft is designed around how costs actually turn up, and around the fact that a wrong number posted to a job is worse than a blank one.
Pick monthly or annual billing. The price is shown at checkout, and you can change plan or cancel at any time.

No. Every new company gets a 14-day free trial the moment it is created in the app. You choose a plan here on the website when you are ready, and the app picks the change up within a few seconds.
Graft is an iPhone app, currently installed through Apple’s TestFlight while it is in beta. Anyone on your team can be invited from Settings and joins with a single link.
Graft reads the whole document with an AI model rather than pattern-matching text, and it is instructed to leave a field blank when it is not sure. Every figure is editable before you post it, and a document can be re-read if the first attempt was wrong.
You keep access. You can still sign in, read every job, cost and receipt, and export all of it as CSV or a ZIP of documents. What pauses is recording new work: capturing, posting, logging hours and raising invoices.
Only members of your company. Admins and project managers see everything; workers see only their own hours. Isolation between companies is enforced in the database, not just in the app.
Sign in here as your company’s admin and open Account. Plan changes, card updates and cancellation all happen in Stripe’s billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
